Si uno abre un diario el panorama no varía: underwear, managment, step by step en calzados, lounge, living colors, make ups, deco news. El lenguaje está vivo, sin duda y por suerte, pero choca que la gente vaya al gym (¿qué gym? ¿Morrison?) o que la vieja institución del pibe del reparto (muy anterior a Manolito) ahora sea el delivery. Y tenés razón en que es una línea bajada desde arriba: en las tarjetas personales de las empresas (o los bloques de firma de los correos electrónicos, que es lo mismo) todos los cargos están puestos en inglés, en casos en que se sabe que están dirigidos inequívocamente al mercado local:

Gabriel, yo recuerdo cuando leía a Cortázar, quien supongo, hablaría un perfecto francés, diciendo felpa, cuando podría haber hecho gala diciendo peluche, aunque el diccionario de la RAE dice de la primera (de origen incierto). Este y muchos términos usados solo en Argentina,se encuentran en su obra. creo que es un ejemplo para tener en cuenta, salvo, y esto lo desconozco, que la inserción de los mismos haya corrido por cuenta de los editores.

Pero claro, el lenguaje muta y no hay bastión alguno. Nuestro específico argentino deriva del castellano informado por el árabe y el latín invasores (como mínimo) y por el nahuatl y el quechua invadidos (como mínimo).
